Divided into morning, daytime and night-time foods, the hundred authentic recipes are full of clean, fresh, well-rounded flavours. These dishes would be equally at home as a quick after-work throw together (Pork Satay or Mixed Seafood and Pork Egg Noodles) or at a weekend gathering (Laksa with Beef and Dried Prawns).
This book is a must for lovers of South-East Asian flavours.
