Snow White Must Die by Nele Neuhaus

This is certainly no fairy tale. Translated from the German, this is a beautifully written, good strong storyline with solid characters.

Tobias, having served ten years for the murder of two girls (which he can't remember) , comes home to find his parents ruined and the small town hostility making life unbearable. Some friendships remain but it is a new friendship that starts the unravelling of the real story. Another girl goes missing and this is the catalyst to flush out the real murderer.

What a wild ride, one of the best thrillers this year, not to be missed.
